Our relationship with Technical Doctor began just over a year ago. Our practice went live in September 2010. To say that Vinnie and his team at Technical Doctor are amazing, doesn’t justify enough how fantastic they truly are. From our kick off meeting, to our set up and implementation, to our go-live date and beyond, Technical Doctor has been there for us every step of the way. When they say that they’re only a phone call away, they mean that you will reach someone every time you call. If we encounter any sort of problem, it’s fixed quickly. To date, we haven’t had any sort of issue that has kept our practice from running. Any bumps in the road have been handled expeditiously. 

I would recommend Technical Doctor to any practice out there. It’s important to have an IT team that communicates well with you and understands the flow of your office. Technical Doctor has provided that for us.

The Technical Doctor staff became involved with our office at a very early stage of the implementation of our EMR. Our office spoke with them prior to purchasing an EMR.
